MODAL MANUSIA PADA INDUSTRI FESYEN MELALUI PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KAPABILITAS TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI

Peran seorang pemimpin adalah memotivasi, menginspirasi serta meng-energikan entitas organisasi dengan membangun tujuan kongruen, hal ini menjadi sebuhan input akselerasi pada ketercapaian objektif visi organisasi. Pemimpin yang memberikan energi serta mampu menempatkan dirinya sebagai employee champion akan mendorong kehadiran efikasi diri bawahan dalam konteks valuasi modal manusia. Peran kepemimpinan pada akhirnya bermuara pada hadirnya tokoh penggerak inspiratif sebagai intangible asset organisasi. Konsep kepemimpinan demikian sangat strategis untuk dielaborasikan dengan konsep kapablitias teknologi informasi dalam perspektif Resource Based View (RBV). Arah paper ini adalah mengungkap secara empiris peran Kapabilitas Teknologi Informasi (KTI) dalam konteks infrastuktur pengetahuan dan peran Kepemimpinan Transformasional (KT) serta dampak keduanya terhadap eksistensi Modal Manusia (MM) pada organisasi. Studi dilakukan pada level organisasi dengan sampel berupa UKM Konveksi berbasis inovasi desain. Pengujian empiris menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan persamaan model MM=0.297KTI + 0.714KT. Studi ini berhasil mengonfirmasi pengaruh signifikan KTI (p=0.002<0.05) dan KT (p=***<0.001), memperkaya temuan studi-studi sebelumnya dan memberikan kontribusi body of knowledge dalam area sumber daya organisasi.
