Abstract

KUD Mina Blambangan is one of the Mina union in Muncar District, Banyuwangi regency that manages the fisheries sector. Muncar District is the largest fishery producer on the Java island, which has around 13.198 fishermen. The problem occurred where the number of fishermen who fold makes some fishermen not properly registered, and also they are not well facilitated. Another problem is that the data collection carried out by KUD Mina Blambangan officers still uses the manual method which the results in confuison, damage, and data loss. The process of retribution which is the obligation of fishermen is not running well and transparently. In addition, the sale of catch and fishrey products is also less than optimal. Therefor, in this study, the NelayanKita application was developed which is expected to help the KUD Mina Blambangan and stakeholders to be able to manage fisherman data, catching the results and fees paid by fisherman. In addition, features for auctions of chatches and sales of fishery products have also been developed. This research development method uses Rapid Application Development which is modified according to needs. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the application can run as expedted with a percentage of 99% of the application and its features are declared
