Abstract

Ship stability simulator is a medium that is built to measure ships obtained through a microcontroller device. The device will produce the slope of an object based on the x and y axes. This tilt angle is then processed and visualized in the form of a web-based application. To access this application, a local server design was made using a wifi connection. For the web server, use the ESP Async Web Server library to build an asynchronous web server and can handle Server Sent Events. The web application is built using Arduino to handle the web server, HTML to define website content, CSS for web display and Javascript to handle web server responses and events. The existence of this web server makes it easy to connect data from the simulator to the client computer in determining the ship.
