Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology has had a big impact on human life to study and develop it. One of them is in the development of mechatronics products, which is a scientific discipline that combines or synergizes mechanical engineering, electronics, information engineering and regulatory engineering (control engineering) to design, manufacture and produce products that want to be operated in line with current developments based on the Internet of Things (IoT). . Outseal PLC is the latest innovation using Arduino as a CPU and was developed by adding input, output, ADC input pins and various other functions that can be used as intended. The Outseal PLC is controlled by a program through Outseal Studio which is in the form of a ladder diagram with various functions in it. IMS control development using Outseal PLC with the use of ESP32 as master and Outseal PLC as slave in Modbus communication. IoT-based IMS control has been successfully carried out at the motor controller station to start a system work, and can be controlled remotely via the website. Travel distance does not limit users from controlling the motorbike at the IMS station as long as there is a WiFi network
