SISTEM SORTIR PADA MINUMAN KEMASAN KOTAK MENGGUNAKAN METODE YOLO V4

Abstract

Packaging is one of the attractions for consumers to buy products. Damaged packaging can reduce selling power and consumer interest. In the case study at PT Therefore, we need a system that can automatically classify the results of sorting packaging as defective or perfect. The system input uses 2 camera sensors which function to process the appropriateness of the packaging form and the results are processed via a Personal Computer using the YOLO (You Only Look Once) V4 method. If there is a defect in the packaging, the rejector will be active and will separate the packaging. The results of the research showed that the success rate of tests carried out was 40 trials, there were 2 trials that were detected as not being in accordance with actual conditions or a success percentage of 95%. This system is able to minimize packaging that is classified as defective and improve the quality control process to be even better
