Abstract

Data communication based on the LoRa or LoRaWan protocol is gaining popularity due to its advantages of long range, low energy consumption, and high stability. By developing a telemedicine system, it is entirely feasible to implement data exchange for medical purposes. Clinical information in remote areas can be sent, processed, and analyzed by medical personnel in multiple locations. This study's topology is point-to-point communication, with the sending and receiving modules located in Line of Sight. According to the test results, setting the LoRa parameter to a frequency of 915 MHz results in stable transmission at a range of 100–170 meters, but at a distance of more than 3 kilometers, the process of properly receiving medical data is not successful.
