Abstract

The process of making this plastic product printing machine seeks to help the community in processing the plastic bottle waste that is scattered around. The machine's working process is to heat the shredded plastic and then inject the melted plastic into a tightly closed mold so that the melt fills the space in the mold according to the desired product shape. The plastic chosen to be melted is PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) plastic waste. It is hoped that with this machine the problem of plastic waste can be resolved and provide an opportunity to convert plastic waste which initially pollutes the environment into useful goods and even goods with high selling value. One of the products of this plastic injection machine is coasters. The product results are in accordance with the molds made, the specifications of this product are a weight of 79 grams, a circle diameter of 100 mm, a center diameter for the coaster of 80 mm, an outer thickness of 10 mm and an inner thickness of 7 mm.
