This research aims to determine the implementation of the use of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) using the DeLone and McLean success model. The DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model is a suitable model for measuring the success of implementing information systems in private and public sector organizations. System quality, information quality and user use are factors that measure the success of the DeLone & McLean information system success model for SIPD users in the Wajo district government. This research uses the DeLone and McLean approach to see the most significant influence between the variables studied. The population in the study were SKPD units within the regional government of Wajo district. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling. Method Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire survey. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results of the analysis show that the three hypotheses are accepted, information quality has a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.190, service quality has a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.177, and information quality has a positive influence and significant for user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.559.
