STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN EKONOMI KREATIF DI KABUPATEN BENGKALIS

This research aims to determine the results of identifying creative economic potential in Bengkalis Regency and designing creative economic development strategies in Bengkalis Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which focuses on the results of the SWOT analysis and then determines the strategy for developing the creative economy in Bengkalis Regency. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and in-depth interviews with creative economy actors and related agencies in Bengkalis Regency. The results of the analysis show that Bengkalis Regency has the potential for quality human resources and financing/capital, where most of the creative economy business capital comes from independent funds. therefore, the creative economy development strategy in Bengkalis Regency is focused on two main potentials, namely human resources and financing/capital for creative economy actors.References
