PPDM PERANCANGAN APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI DESA PADA DESA NISOMBALIA KECAMATAN MARUSU KABUPATEN MAROS

Abstract

Nisombalia Village is one of the villages in Maros Regency, every year it is required to report the condition of the village to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Villages. This process takes a relatively long time and is inefficient in using resources. The data obtained is only for reporting purposes, the data should be able to be used by the village government in making decisions. For this reason, the PNUP Accounting Department PPDM team proposed a web-based Village Information System Application Design program which is expected to answer the problems and needs of Nisombalia Village. This application was designed based on an analysis of information needs by village government officials. Information system design activities are expected to answer village problems and needs. One form of output from this activity is an information system that can be registered with the relevant agencies to obtain an IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) certificate thereby increasing the IPRs owned by the Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic. It is hoped that this activity can contribute to Project Based Learning (PBL), especially in the subjects: (1) Data Base Applications and (2) Integrated Transaction Processing Systems. In general, Nisombalia Village officials found this application useful even though it still needed some improvements
