Abstract

Anisah Catering’s main problem is the stagnancy of its sales volume, This community service aims to increase the knowledges and skills of Anisah Catering business owner and employees, especially in the field of production and marketing. Through increasing partner’s knowledges and skills, the partner is expected to obtain three benefits, namely increase production, sales, and profits. The target to be achieved from this activity are having business licence, varied products, a marketable brand, and marketing content on social media. The business license has been obtained with number 0308230146342 dated 03 August 2023. The products are also more varied. Furthermore, partner chooses AniSah as the product brand with the characteristics of the capital letters of A and S, red, and uses the Brush Script MT font. Content marketing trough social media has also been finalized. After two months of achieving the targets, production total, sales volume, and profit began to increase. The variety of products and the promotion through social media are suspected as the main causes of the production, sales, and profit increasing.
