Abstract

The development of industrial technology, such as pneumatic sensors and actuators, has a significant impact across various industrial sectors. Vocational education in Indonesia is also experiencing changes to meet the industry's needs and create skilled human resources. Innovative learning media, such as multimedia presentations and videos, along with the use of learning tools like pneumatic trainers, are expected to enhance the effectiveness of education. Electropneumatic learning tools have been developed as a solution to overcome the limitations of facilities in vocational schools. The aim of this research is to produce portable and easily learnable hardware for an electropneumatic learning tool, as well as software for the electropneumatic system that can be controlled remotely. This research adopts the R&D (Research and Development) model 4D, which stands for Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination. Based on the feasibility test, 87% of the respondents expressed that this tool is suitable to serve as an electropneumatic learning medium in vocational schools.
