Government policy with the kerosene to gas conversion program has made kerosene an expensive and rare commodity on the market. This condition has made it difficult for itinerant micro-small traders who depend on kerosene lamps for lighting their business premises, so it is necessary to find a solution so that the continuity of their business can be maintained. This community service activity aims to procure and install Solar Power Plants for mobile traders in Pangkarode Village, South Polombangkeng District, Takalar Regency. PLTS technology can provide micro traders with more efficient and effective lighting technology. Apart from providing lighting at night, the energy produced can be used to power other electrical equipment used by micro and small businesses such as blenders for beverage businesses. Use of electricity for other needs such as cellphone chargers and other needs. The application of science and technology (Science and Technology) uses the prototyping method in its implementation stages. The results of this activity are (1) Assistance in using PLTS in micro business carts (2) Evaluation of the level of understanding and knowledge of traders in using PLTS through workshops for PLTS users in micro businesses (3) Video on procedures for maintaining PLTS modules (4) Accredited national journal and online news media.References
