The use of positive internet by recognizing digital technology such as social media is useful to accelerate the spreading of information, however it could become a bad thing if it is not wise in its use. Social media is often used to transact online and some have e-commerce features that support sales activities.
Digital technology in the form of social commerce is a combination of e-commerce and social media which is very effective in increasing sales for SMEs (Small Medium Entreprise) in the digital era. As digitalization literacy, local people as well as SME actors who participate in this activity are expected to understand the purpose and the technical of social commerce use in increasing sales. The phenomenon associated with the use of social commerce can be a potentially good influence or a bad threat in its application. The use of digitalization ethics and the way to anticipate and respond wisely are things that can be done in responding to this phenomenon.
