Abstract

Efforts to revive business sectors, including SMEs, MSMEs, and SMI, involve various stakeholders such as the government, the private sector, and the public due to their critical role in the national economy. For instance, in Sijang Village, Mawar Merah, an MSME established in 2018, specializes in pineapple dodol production. Pineapple farming is prevalent in this area, resulting in surplus production and lower prices during peak seasons, leading to wastage. Mawar Merah was founded to address this issue by processing pineapple into Si-Jank Pineapple Dodol. This SME lacks awareness in diversifying pineapple products, analyzing them, and understanding packaging's marketing significance. Thus, we must launch community service activities to diversify pineapple products, enhance their value, and prevent consumer fatigue. These community services include information sharing, workshops, mentoring, and assessments, focused on pineapple snacks like sticks and dumplings. As a result of the conducted community service, it is noteworthy that 100% of the participants have experienced an enhancement in their comprehension of diversified processed pineapple products, a notable improvement in their pineapple processing skills, and a heightened awareness of the significance of packaging in marketing processed pineapple products. Consequently, the endeavor has successfully elevated partner empowerment both quantitatively and qualitatively, tailored to address the specific challenges faced by these partners.
