Panciro Village, located in the Bajeng District of Gowa Regency within the South Sulawesi Province, receives government aid funds for rural infrastructure development. However, the village administration faces a significant challenge due to their limited technical expertise in crafting budget plans for construction projects. This paper introduces a proposed PKM (Community Service Program) initiative, responding to Panciro Village officials' interest in participating in IbM (Community Partnership) activities in 2023. This initiative extends community service endeavors into the upcoming year by providing technical training for village officials. The primary aim of the PKM program is to assist village officials in preparing comprehensive budget plans tailored specifically to infrastructure projects funded by the village. The training focuses on creating a simulated budget plan for infrastructure projects, empowering village officials to substantiate their budgetary decisions in managing village funds. Anticipated outcomes of this program encompass enhanced proficiency in calculating construction work volumes, increased knowledge among village officials regarding construction work budget plan formulation, and strengthened capabilities of village officials in overseeing and managing the development of physical infrastructure within their jurisdiction.
