PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI MESIN BELT GRINDER PADA UKM PENGRAJIN PISAU DAPUR UNTUK PENINGKATAN KUALITAS DAN KUANTITAS PRODUK MELALUI PROGRAM PKM

Abstract

The PKM partner is a skilled kitchen knife craftsman in Moncongloe Village, Lappara, Moncongloe District, located in Maros regency, South Sulawesi province. The aim of this program is to provide belt grinder tools to the knife craftsman partners to improve their technology and economic utilization. The tool handed over is a belt grinder unit, which facilitates knife-sharpening work for partners. After receiving the tool and counseling on how to use it, the partner expressed gratitude, stating that activities like this are very helpful in the production process. Previously, knife sharpening was done manually, which made production difficult. With this tool, it makes it easier for production, especially for knife sharpeners, and improves the quality and quantity of the work. This activity also provides an understanding of business management, including licensing and simple financial management, to the partners.
