PELATIHAN PENGOLAHAN HASIL PIROLISIS LIMBAH PLASTIK MENJADI BAHAN BAKAR MINYAK DI KELURAHAN BUKUAN
Keywords:
fuels, alternative energy, plastik waste, pyrolysis, technologyAbstract
The activity aims to introduce Community empowerment through the Application of Appropriate Technology in processing plastik waste into alternative fuels by the pyrolysis method. The products obtained can be used as alternative fuels for refining essential oils to have economic value. This training is in collaboration with Patra Maju Village Appropriate Technology Service Point in Bukuan Urban Village, Palaran District, Samarinda City. The expected output targets include forming agents of change who care about the environment and could influence the community to utilize plastik waste to improve household welfare.
This community empowerment program results are as follows: aspects of applying science and technology in plastik waste processing products are considered very effective in establishing public awareness to protect the environment, including plastik waste. The substantial benefit aspects derived from this program are increasing public awareness to keep the environment clean and free of plastik waste, increasing community knowledge and skills in the field of processing plastik waste, which has a very negative impact on alternative fuels that are very useful and fostering entrepreneurial motivation, especially Patra Maju Village Appropriate Technology Service Point in Bukuan Village, Palaran District.
