Abstract

Jiwa Raga Small and Medium Industry (IKM JIRA) produces food and beverages in the form of nuts, chips, fried onions, fish, ginger, spices and frozen food. The results of the field survey show that the production system does not use HSE, the packaging system, marketing and sales are still standard and bookkeeping is still conventional and manual. This community service aims to develop Jiwa Raga's small and medium industrial businesses by applying HSE and vacuum packaging to the production system, packaging and label design, online marketing and sales systems in digital and offline forms, and improving accounting management. This service will be carried out through the provision of materials, training and practice, as well as the provision of tools and packaging systems. The outcome of this community service (PKM) is the increased knowledge and skills of JIRA IKM team members, the application of HSE, packaging labels and a complete marketing and sales system, offline and online systems using social media in the form of Instagram (Iq) and marketplaces in the form of gofood, garbfood, and shopee with the SARABBA JIRA brand, the introduction of QRIS and bookkeeping management using Ms Excel.
