Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) "Falah Make Up Artis" in Barombong District, Gowa Regency, has been successfully executed thanks to the collaborative efforts of the PKM team and the valuable contributions from training facilitators and mentors. The program aimed at enhancing personal branding through digital marketing optimization, resulting in the creation of a well-structured social media calendar and a comprehensive understanding of crucial aspects in digital marketing, such as crafting compelling captions, utilizing effective hashtags, and mastering copywriting techniques. Recommendations for future activities involve a stronger focus on the development of high-quality content that captivates the target audience, considering partnerships with influencers or collaborations with relevant social media account holders to broaden outreach. Additionally, an emphasis on improving customer service, including prompt and friendly responses to inquiries, will help build customer loyalty. By implementing these suggestions, the PKM program "Falah Make Up Artis" can further optimize its digital marketing efforts, leading to enhanced personal branding and greater business success.
