Abstract

Interviews are one of the most important stages of job recruitment, especially for fresh graduates. At this stage, applicants will have the opportunity tocommunicate directly with the company's HRD team. The purpose of this community service is to provide an overview to fresh graduates at theSamarinda State Polytechnic about the situation during the job interview and how to answer wise questions so that they are in accordance with thequalifications required by the company. The method used in this activity is the providing material and practicing job interview’s simulation withspeaker who have been engaged in the field of human resources. After participating in this training, fresh graduates are more confident when facingjob interviews and are able to explore their desired careers
