PELATIHAN MANAJEMEN USAHA PRODUK ABON IKAN TUNA PADA KELOMPOK USAHA “RIANILIS”

Tuna Fish Floss Product Business Management Training for the "RIANILIS" business group in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon District" was carried out to help the business group manage its business well. To further refine the sales strategy, the team refined product labels and packaging to make them more informative and attractive. as well as adding an address label to make it easier for buyers to find the business location if they want to place an order. Various information has been added to the revised product labels, including the composition of raw materials up to the expiration date. Next, create or design standardized but simple financial reports. The next stage is carrying out business management training activities regarding management aspects, marketing aspects and financial management aspects. The result of this training is that group members and other participants who take part in the training know how to develop business strategies and prepare simple financial reports for MSMEs, and produce new product labels.
