Abstract

The recovery process starts from small and medium scale businesses based on home industry to larger scale production, for example through the culinary sector. The creative economy concept by the Indonesian government, one of which is through the culinary sector, provides positive value that can intensify various information and community creativity in building a new economy based on collaborative ideas, ideas or innovation. The availability of special culinary container booths for traders in the Tawiri State traditional market aims to provide an initial picture/model in the form of a business facility that can be used as a more attractive promotional event and a more comfortable place when selling, thus making it a benchmark for improving and structuring the market layout. better. The work method for making the booth uses welding processes, production work and painting. The results achieved show that there is one booth container specifically for culinary use with dimensions of 200 x 150 x 185 cm, made from zinc spandex, galvanized hollow iron frame, equipped with a table and booth base/floor made of wood coated with HPL and 1 glass display case for the placement of culinary snacks
