PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS PELAKU UMKM DI NEGERI SAMETH, KECAMATAN PULAU HARUKU, KABUPATEN MALUKU TENGAH

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, particularly in the context of local economic development. This service aims to enhance the capacity of MSME actors in Negeri Sameth, Pulau Haruku District, which was conducted on June 27-28, 2025. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving 30 MSME participants. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the service indicate that this training successfully improved the managerial knowledge and marketing strategies of the participants, with 80% of respondents reporting an increase in their ability to manage their businesses. Furthermore, the training also encouraged the formation of networks among MSME actors, which is essential for collaboration and business growth. The long-term impact of this training is expected to enhance the economic independence of the community and contribute to local economic growth. The conclusion of this service emphasizes the importance of ongoing support for MSME actors through training programs and access to resources to ensure the success and sustainability of their businesses. Thus, capacity-building training for MSME actors in Negeri Sameth is a strategic step that can have a positive impact on regional economic development.
