PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS KEPEMIMPINAN PEMUDA NEGERI SAMETH, KECAMATAN PULAU HARUKU, KABUPATEN MALUKU TENGAH

The leadership capacity building training for youth in Negeri Sameth represents a strategic effort to empower young generations to actively participate in national development. This training aims to raise youth awareness of their social responsibilities and equip them with effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills. The training employs interactive sessions, group discussions, and leadership simulations that strengthen solidarity and social networks among participants. The results indicate significant improvements in knowledge, skills, and motivation of the youth to contribute to community development. Furthermore, the training fosters a strong foundation for sustainable leadership collaboration. Support from the community and government is a key factor in the success of this program. It is recommended that similar training models be replicated in other regions to broaden positive impacts and empower more youth as committed and integrity-driven agents of change.
