MEMPREDIKSI FINANCIAL DISTRESS (BUKTI EMPIRIS KABUPATEN/KOTA DI INDONESIA)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kabupaten/kota yang mengalami kondisi keuangan fiscal distress dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kondisi keuangan fiscal distress kabupaten/kota. Metode penelitian menggunakan alat analisis uji klaster menggunakan klaster hierarki K-mean Klaster dan uji regresi berganda yang terdiri dari uji F dan uji R². Hasil peneltian menghasikan 3 klaster yaitu klaster 1 berisi 407 kabupaten/kota yang memiliki Zscore FinancialIndependence yang rendah, Zscore BudgetarySolvency yang rendah, dan Zscore (DSCR) yang rendah. Klaster 2 ini berisi 64 kabupaten/kota yang memiliki Zscore FinancialIndependence di atas rata-rata, Zscore BudgetarySolvency di atas rata-rata, dan Zscore (DSCR) yang rendah. Klaster 3 ini berisi 37 kabupaten/kota yang memiliki Zscore FinancialIndependence yang rendah, Zscore BudgetarySolvency yang di atas rata-rata, dan Zscore DSCR yang di atas rata-rata. Berdasarkan, uji F yaitu pengujian secara serentak pengaruh variabel Financial Independence dan Budgetary Solvency terhadap DSCR. Besarnya nilai Fhitung sebesar 387,182 nilai ini lebih besar dari Ftabel 3,013 (Fhitung > Ftabel). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan Financial Independence dan Budgetary Solvency berpengaruh terhadap DSCR.
